Take a look at our basic pod kits, with or without foundations supplied. Delivery is extra. When we receive your provisional online order we will provide a quote for delivery to your site.
Pod kits are either 3m or 3.6m wide, and from 3m to 10m in length. Skillion roof, high sloping ceilings. Backyard pods up to 20sqm floor area (residential) or 50sqm (rural) are mostly pre-approved for development or certifiable as a granny flat in NSW.
